Current and Upcoming Exhibitions, Events, Demos and Lectures:

I will be will be teaching again, in May of 2026, for the fourth year in a row, at the 13th Annual Plein Air Convention and Expo in the Ozarks. In May of 2024, I was in the Smokey Mountains and part of the pre-convention Plein Air Fundamentals Workshop Series. My contribution to this series was inspired from parts of my workshop that is offered in greater detail at the Casa this coming January 17- 24, Drawing for the Painter – Painting with Passion. During PACE 2023 in Colorado, (images below), I was on the Demo Stage doing a Cobra oil painting demo and delivering my lecture, Beginning with the Importance of Intention: Improvisation and other Key Principles and Techniques. In 2025 I was a Field Instructor at Lake Tahoe. Please join me in Mexico and the Ozarks in 2026!
